I’ve been dreaming this idea up for a very long time - an extreme, insatiable, and uncomfortable day of maximal gluttony to celebrate my 28th birthday. It all began back in January of this year when I started implementing weekly capacity training stuffing days into my routine. Since then, every Sunday I would do a huge stuffing with an increasing amount of calories per week and then gradually tapered off as this special day approached.
