In this self-realization clip, I tell you about some very real, lucid moments of reflection that I've had recently where I realize that we truly ruined me. We took me perfectly fit and toned body and destroyed it. I will NEVER be able to look that way again. I went from running marathons, figure skating, and crossfitting to barely being able to lift my fat ass off the couch. I used to have collar bones, visible ribs, and hip bones and now I'm so covered in fat that I have to rest propped up on 5 pillows at night.

As I talk through all of this, photos of me from when I was skinny cycle across the screen. I cram slices of pizza down my throat mindlessly while rambling on about how my life used to be. I used to be able to get any guy in the room...now I can barely handle being on TOP of a guy in general because I'm so heavy! We took skinny Casey and ruined her. Every time I try to slow down this gain, I fail epically. I will never be skinny again. I will never be fit again. I am destined to be fat and I think we knew that all along.
