Been a while since my last doctors update, this one is a little personal and slightly morbid. I couldn’t believe it when my doctors gave me the results of my physical! I know had been a gluttonous fat, lazy pig, but I really didn’t realise what effect my lifestyle was having on my health! I was thoroughly shocked!
