I start off by weighing myself and taking my belly measurements. And then I chug two cans of coke so fast I have tears in my eyes, all the while letting loose a series of burps from my gurgling tummy! I end the video by measuring and weighing myself again. I was surprised that just two cans of soda actually changed the number on the scale! And I'm SO excited to see the numbers going up again--I can't wait to reach a new high weight.
