Marzipan has to tell you all about her doctor's visit earlier today. She's the fattest she's ever been and it really shows; her shirt is really a dress that she can barely get into. Marzipan reveals that from the waiting room to the actual physical, her fat body embarrasses her. First she almost gets stuck in the reception chair, then she has to walk across the clinic to the digital scale, since the old one can't quite handle her, and lastly her doctor has somewhat harsh words for her.
