I'm definitely feeling the effects of the weight I've gained recently. Not only do I look a little rounder and fuller, but I'm feeling it in the way my clothes fits and how my body moves. I'm also noticing it in how my capacity for food has changed. No complaints here, but it's fun pointing out all these little changes and experiencing packing on the pounds again.
