She alternates between crushing her slave's throat with her feet; laughing at him when he goes to rest. She shoves that big size 9 foot in his mouth, gagging him until he can't breathe. Rapture takes great joy in playing it dangerous with her slave's easy to break neck, and trying to see how much of her foot she can shove in his mouth.
