Irene Silver has come over to play and there's nothing she likes more than trampling men. Rapture brings her upstairs to her ready waiting trample slave, and the two step up on him. They're so excited they forget to take their sandals off, and leave marks wherever they step. Eventually the shoes come off, and Rapture and Irene continue to trample his face and body. Irene makes it a point to stand so heavy on his face, it disappears into the mattress, and Rapture matches suit.
