Flavio has never been trampled before and thinks he can handle Jolene. Jolene is sadistic with her trampling, knowing just how and where to stand to inflict maximum damage. She tramples Flavio body and face, pressing up on the ceiling to push all her weight into him. Flavio can barely take it as he struggles to breathe under her.
