Rapture wants to cave her slave's face in, but doesn't want him to leak all over the place. She puts some headgear and a mouthpiece on him, then proceeds to smash his face in. She elbows, punches, knees, stomps, and kicks his face. Hard, Even with the headgear, her slave is in obvious pain and becomes disoriented as Rapture rattles his brain. Heavy butt drops to his head followed by some face sitting are mixed in, before Rapture goes back to trying to cave his head in.
