Detective Tara has been sent to arrest one David Johnson who has been in trouble with the law before, and this time he is really going down. Or at least, that's what Tara thinks until Johnson gets the drop on her, disarms her, and secures her wrists behind her back with plastic cuffs. He finds some regular zip ties and tara to kneel so that he can zip her booted ankles together, then he lays her down and places her in a hogtie with a a second ziptie.
