Make a show of choosing who it will be, threatening the viewer, then pretend to swallow one of the others off screen. Show your belly now, pushing it out as much as you can and describe how full and stuffed it is now. Repeat this one or two times, with time implied to be passing in between as you digest your chosen meals. Describe your belly as being full with squirming prey or quiet and shrinking depending on the context. In the final repeat you swallow the viewer.
