Belinda was unimpressed by the restaurant she had Roger take her out to. When he tries to apologize, she kicks him in the balls with her hard high heels. Roger was in so much pain from this kick he almost stopped the video, and you can see that he's feeling the pain from this one throughout the whole clip.
