After that she is carried around and placed down on the couch she then tells Bella that she want to put her in another lift which is the fireman's lift. As Bella is unsure what that is she say yes and is easily hoisted onto Jolene's shoulders while being up there Jolene talks about how strong she is. That she likes doing this because it only strengthen her muscles at one point she stands on one leg like she was doing yoga. Then decides to put Bella back down on the couch Bella stands up and touching her biceps tlling her she is so strong and that she could never do that Jolene laughs and says that able to do it would you like to try? Bella nervous saying she would drop her but Jolene saying she wouldn't care so Bella offers to pick her up in the piggy back position because that would be the easiest position for her. As Jolene jumps on her back Bella is in shock that she is carrying her with no issues Bella ask Jolene what does she weight and Jolene replies 135 lbs. Bella begins to do squats with her then run around the room and then started to go in circles making them both dizzy. So Bella puts Jolene back on the couch as Bella thought they were done Jolene decided she wanted to give Bella a piggy back lift as she is walking Bella around she decides to do squats as well and also does calf raises. After she is done with that she put Bella down but shes not done with her yet as she tells Bella she wants to give her a shoulder ride Bella can't believe how high she is and that she could touch the ceiling. After some time she puts Bella down and then ask Bella if she would like to lift her so she puts her in a cradle lift and walks her around and then sits on the couch cradling her like a baby. Jolene then gets up and Bella is starting to feel more powerful now. So she ask Jolene if she could try to carry her as Bella doesn't remember the name of the carry she tries to perform it on Jolene once Jolene is over her shoulder s she says that this is the fireman's carry. Bella is walking her around and also does a couple squats with er eventually she gets tired and puts her down on the couch. Jolene sees that Bella is starting to get tired they decide to go down to the pool to swim and possibly do some more lift and carry.
