Getting Dropped is a very common punishment in training. Officer Hobbs takes getting dropped one step farther after Vanity was red flagged for lacking abdominal work outs. Vanity's belly fat was measured and failed the test by one point. Officer Hobbs completely breaks Vanity down and after she literally drops several times she is picked back up and beat back down more times then she can remember.
