Lock-Up day 4 was a horrible day for Sidney a new inmate that did some time with the tough Angel that was doing hard time. Sidney's 6 pack ABS helped her last the time period until Angel was called out of the cell. Sidney did learn a hard lesson and had to respect the long term inmate. Sidney was to give up all her jewelry while taking a stomach punching beating by the power hitter. Sidney's hard abs took the blows even while chained to the window bars.
