Description

Jill Lauren Shows what every TEN Minute AB work out should be like. Crunches on a ball, 8lb. ball drops and of-course base ball bat belly Punishment to condition the ABS. Jill Pummels her on ABS with a heavy weight medicine ball with bent backwards over a huge ball. Jill rams the end of the aluminum bat into the pit of her own stomach then has her trainer slam the bat into her stomach many times. He hits a home run several times until Jill is satisfied with her daily Abdominal training. This is Jill Lauren's ABS conditioning class.
