I inflate a 16-inch balloon then stuff a 12-inch balloon inside of it. I inflate the 12-inch balloon, tie it, and push it inside the 16-inch balloon. I continue to blow into the 16-inch balloon until it pops and sends the small balloon across the room. I grab that balloon and tease with it using my nails and squeeze it a bit, then hug it to pop it.
