I start off by blowing up my balloon, while I stretch the neck with my teeth & hands, tease with my nails, and squeeze it with my legs. I take off my fishnet onesie as I continue to blow up the balloon. I continue to inflate the balloon while periodically pressing my naked body against it, until it is just at the point of almost popping, and the neck is quite long.
