Yet again, I've found another method to make my balloon necks crazy long. This method needs more experimenting as I have things I still want to figure out and want to test other variables, so I'll share that in another necking class one day. But today, I will blow to pop this 16-inch peach Unique for you, until it is nearly as long as me (sitting in my chair with my feet up, anyway).
