Background: Sandra is in a bit of trouble with the law. It seems like she “borrowed” her neighbor's car so she could just joyride in it around the neighborhood. She spun tires all through her yard making it a complete mess. If destroying her lawn wasn't enough she found a spot a couple blocks away and spun around there too.
