This was a custom video here is the script I followed...In this clip, you play a construction manager who has recently been tasked with a big new project. Upon hearing from the higher-ups that this new project will be really demanding, you decide that it may be best to hire yourself an intern. When he shows up, you're surprised to see that he's barely the size of your pinky toe. You bring him up to your face and briefly inspect him. You then tell him that you're going to cut to the chase: his resume and credentials all look good, but this job needs another giant; plain and simple, at his size, you don't think he has what it takes to get the job done. He tries to plead his case, but you've already made your decision: he's too small to operate any machinery or do some of the day-to-day tasks. You pull off your gigantic shoes and complain to him about how grueling this job already is during the summer since you are always on your feet for long hours every day (even weekends); having a tiny employee to "babysit" would only add to the daily stress. As you finish mocking him and are about to kick him out of your office, you see him lean against your sweaty socked toes and start passionately kissing them. At first, you mock his desperate attempt to please you but then since your feet could use a footrub anyway, you give in and smother him beneath your sweat-drenched work socks. You inform him of the bad news and the good news: Bad news is that the paid internship he originally applied for has been given to somebody else. Good news is that a new, full-time "assistant" position just opened up. You comment on how adorable he looks tucked away between your enormous sock and slippers. The clip ends with you telling him that since you are a caring boss and especially since they'll start up early tomorrow morning, he can crash there for the night.
