Act 1 features Aether as the mysterious Spider-Lady. She gets a tip that funds for a terrorist plot is in the safe of a hotel room. As she enters the room, she soon finds out it was a trap set by a human trafficker who profits off of the sale of superheroines. First, she is bound and gagged to a chair, struggling and screaming in vain. Then, she is tied spread eagle with dripping candles placed on and near different parts of her body. Will she escape or be burned alive in the bed?
