Poison Ivy 999 stars as the dastardly Cruella DeVille. Cruella is caught trying to steal pets in the neighborhood and is caught herself by one of the pet owners. She is captured, bound, gagged and brought to an abandoned warehouse. Her captor, burns her with her cigarette lighter as she struggles. When the captor leaves to get materials to hasten Cruella's demise, Cruella uses her cigarette lighter to try to burn her ropes and free herself.
