The Crimson Ghost (Bgras Bound) has a plan to conquer the multiverse to lure and trap Ultragirls from various parallel Earths. First, he lures Ultragirl from Earth 215 (Rachel Adams) to one of the cells of his compound. She is hogcuffed and tapegagged as the Crimson Ghost gives her a "Valentine's Day present" which is a gift box with a ticking time bomb!
