Sage Pillar returns as the superheroine Power Girl. Power Girl is lured into a trap by the Ultra Humanite (Bgras Bound). Ultra Humanite grabs and hand gags Power Girl and ties her to a webbed chair with Kryptonite rope and gagged with Kryptonite tape. He uses a laser scalpel to insert a microchip into her brain to make a her a mind controlled slave.
