every night before bed, I like to give myself a nice, long belly rub. Often times, I fall resting holding on to my big, flabby belly rolls- it’s super comforting to me! Tonight I was chugging some fizzy water down and getting a bunch of big burps up from my dinner early. Nothing feels better than a good burp! Hope you enjoy as much as I enjoyed burping!
