We visited Saint Sophia Cathedral, the Blue Mosque, the basilica and its cistern, Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar, its parks, its sublime neighborhoods, the boat ride on the Bosphorus to get a good view of the Golden Horn. In short, a magnificent city. We then hired a car to tour Cappadocia.
