I ran into an old gym buddy the other day. Apparently he had a back injury and hasn't been able to go to the gym for the last year. He's so big now, he's almost unrecognizable. He tells me he's going to start going back to the gym, but I just don't believe him. Looks like the only lifting he's been doing is from the bag of chips to his mouth.
