Kim won a bet a few days ago and she figures this will be a good time to collect on the bet and have some fun at Jim expense. Jim really has no choice unless he wants to be a bet quitter. Kim throws his book aside and licks his nose from nostrils to eyebrows. Kim asks is Jim minds if she smokes, and as Jim says he minds, she tells him to shut-up as she lights her cigarette and blows smoke up his nose while licking his nose thoroughly.
