(English) Crazy Dorothy is always up for something new and different so when had a bunion she went to an alternative clinic and ended up wearing only a half shoe on her left, half naked foot because they botched it so bad! Now she clops back to the clinic after a week of walking on her aching foot and unbalanced heel and announces to the Doctors she will sue them! Bad Idea! They promise her more treatment immediately. Unfortunately she's not the sharpest tool in the shed and doesn't even ask why her arms and legs are being strapped down. Too late she is immediately punished for her outburst...

And they don't even have to take off her half shoe as they tickle her sole and in between each toe. As if that's not enough Dorothy gets her toes sucked and lickeled between each and every little piggie! Finally they pull her half shoe off, grease up her naked foot with oil and tickle her more!
