Sissy maid nicola has been caught slacking in her duties to keep the house clean and is made to pick up all the bits of rubbish that she missed when she hoovered whilst getting a firm telling off from Madame Caramel. Before being dismissed to the kitchen she is given a painful reminder of her punishment.
