Amateur reporters BlackSwann and Cleavegagged know there are some papers incriminating a villain. They enter an apartment, pull out white handkerchiefs, and put them over their faces as Handkerchief Bandit masks. They quickly find the papers in question.

The scene reopens them being tied to chairs with white ropes, white Handkerchief Cleave Gags in their mouths and OTN handkerchief Gags on them.

They struggle. Vendetta appears and removes their Otn gags and you see their cleave gags and see them struggling and mmmmmphing into there gags. Vendetta replaces their gags with Bandana OTM Gags and then moves them to the bed where they are both hogtied with more rope.
