Mercy then pulls out the zipper, a series of clothes pins all attached with a piece of string. She attaches each of them to the patients balls and he grimaces from the pain and probably the fear of what's to come, lol. Once attached she grabs the end of the string and in one quick yank pulls it removing all the pins in a second. Johnny cries out in pain but Mercy says as his cock hasn't got hard she will have to do it again.

As she re-attaches them she tells him that with her worst patient she had to do it 20 times. Johnny gulps and tries to will himself an erection with no luck. She then slaps them off and continues tugging on the zipper. Mercy decides that even though there is 55 minutes left in his treatment that Johnny has reached his limit. She decides to send him home but says this treatment will have to start from the beginning next time he returns. He begs to stay and she agrees to continue but holds up a bowl with 100 clothes pins and says she will have to attach all of them to his balls. The look on Johnny's face, priceless!
