I would like you to have your toes natural/clear and for the angle that I showed you. This would be a POV video with only his lower body being shown. The video would start with him laying down in bed naked but underneath a blanket or towel and you would come in the video and say "hi baby I want you to play with mommys feet" You would then stick your feet out towards his face (the camera) and smiling, say "here smell mommys feet".
