It has been a while since the Giant Martin has seen any of the rare fairies. Today he noticed one. She was standing on the kitchen counter resting her wings. Martin was careful to act casual as he drew closer. Then he snatched her before she could fly away.

Martin licked his lips in anticipation as he held her up to his mouth. As he was about to eat her, he stopped. There must be more of them. Maybe she would reveal where the others were hiding. If he could surprise them and trap them in a single room, he could eventually catch all of them and eat them one by one.
