Many of you enjoy outtake moments. Either things that were never used, did not come out as planned, or simply failed to fulfill their objective. Many times the error is simply a human goof up, sometimes a camera flaw, othertimes it's not even obvious what exactly went wrong. We just know that it wasn't what we wanted or expected.
