Kat is on her way to her car from work when she is attacked. Her attacker drags her kicking and screaming into a stairwell. Her screams are first muffled by his hand and later with duct tape. Her hands are tied over her head to a steel railing and her ankles securely bound together. He then strips her and ravages her voluptuous body. When he has had enough, he leaves her tied and humiliated.
