Wealthy heiress Hyley is lured to a house by evil Jolene who plans to hold her for ransom. Jolene restrains Hyley with lots of tape and gags her tightly. After some cruel taunting, Hyley is left alone to struggle. She kicks off her shoes and tries to hop away but Jolene grabs her.
