GJ is an undercover agent and is interviewing a man who she suspects to be the notorious . This notorious is known to capture beautiful women and record them all tied up and gagged, once he is done with them he puts them in his basement for safe keeping. Being the brave agent GJ is, she interviews the man and during the conversation, the man notices her agent badge. He quickly grabs her, ties her up, gags her and starts playing around with her. It looks like GJ is now one of his victims.
