Little Timmy convinces his babysitter, Anastassia, to play a game of cops and robbers. Timmy will be the cop and he will capture and tie-up Anastassia who is the robber. Anastassia reluctantly agrees and she is magically clad in a cat burglars black cat suit and boots. Timmy gets her tied-up and informs her the game plan has changed and he will be trying out multiple gags on her - a cleave-gag, tape-gag and ball-gag.
