When part 2 begins I strap a normal size red ballgag in her mouth and then put a big medical type muzzle on her head. I pull her tits out and clamp them tugging on them. This gag is not as effective as I'd hoped for...She struggles for a while before I remove the entire thing, make a tight cleave from a nylon, wrap bandaging around her entire face, put a stocking over that and then wrap more purple bandaging around her head.
