Jack es un paciente que se escapó del asilo hace unas semanas, consiguió instalarse en un piso y hacer vida normal, pero las del manicomio contrataron a Isis y Lex, dos chicas que se encargan de capturar y hacer el trabajo sucio. Ellas van vestidas con pantalones y chaquetas de cuero. Llegan a la casa donde Jack se esconde, Jack sabe quienes step-son, esta perdido, ellas consiguen abrir la puerta, entran en la cara y cogen a Jack, entre las dos lo agarran, sacan la straitjacket y se la ponen, Jack esta atado de brazos y manos, no puede defenderse, él las insulta, Lx y Isis le meten en la boca un pañuelo bien adentro y con cinta compresiva lo amordazan dándole varias vueltas, que quede bien apretado, luego también le vendan las ojos para que no pueda ver nada.

Isis coge una silla, las dos sientan a Jack en la silla y sacan muchas correas, con las que empiezan atar las piernas y el cuerpo entero de Jack a la silla, bien apretadas y tensas para que Jack pueda moverse lo mínimo, ya tienen a Jack capturado, para joderle un poco más sacan una capucha y se la meten en en la cabeza, cubriendo toda la cara, luego con cinta compresiva vuelven a atarla alrededor de la boca con otra capa, para que quede bien sujeta.

Lex llama a los del manicomio para avisarles de que Jack está listo para volver a él...
