Alena rents a house from me and rent is due today. As usual I dont get the rent from Alena so I go to visit her to collect the rent. Alena of course has a bunch of excuses, but I am prepared for them this time. After listening to Alena's excuses I make her an offer. Alena has no other choice but to accept my plan.
