Secret agent Alena is working hard on a case. The super villain has a plan that will send the world into chaos. Alena has found the villains hide out and quietly sneaks inside. But Alena is not quiet enough and is soon captured and overpowered. Now Alena is tightly hogtied in her spandex and boots with a cleave gag tied in her mouth to make sure her screams are not heard.
