Successful realtor Jennifer is having a very active open house and it looks like she is going to close a huge sale. Me on the other hand am having an awful day. My car has broken down close to Jennifer's open house. I am already late for my appointment so I decide it will be just as easy to take Jennifer's car but first I need to get her permission.
