Rococo Royalle is a waitress at a popular restaurant but her tips have been going down. Rococo blames this all on a the cook who she claims continuously screws up the orders costing her tips. An argument ensues between Rococo and the cook that quickly escalates. In the blink of an eye Rococo finds herself very tightly hogtied and ball gagged in the back room.
