Something was wrong at the local nuke plant. Nuclear inspector Anna knew it, the NRC knew it, everyone knew it. But Anna had no idea how much trouble there was there. And how much corruption. Not only had people been paid off, but some people were paid off to pay off other people. It was rampant.

Anna was the top inspector and she found all of the irregularities, but the owners of the plant did not want any trouble. They tried to pay off Anna as well, but as you can see here. she said "No way!" so they ended up tying her up in a room in a testing building.
