Pretty Cadence Lux is naked and tied up simply on the bed, but her captors have ideas to make sure she stays tied up. More ropes pin her arms to her sides, her legs to her arms, etc. She then ends up falling over onto her side from her struggling. When her captors decide to leave her, she is blindfolded as well and abandoned.
