Busty and expressive Cleo Rhodes had no idea what she was in for when she visited Tillytown that one day, but now she's bound and gagged at the hands of one of the town's villains. Some villains loved to do terrible things to pretty captives, but Cleo is lucky in that her current captor doesn't do much of anything to his victims other than stare at them.

Cleo however became worried when her captor stood up and approached. What was going to happen to her?
